      Decent benefits for healthcare and dental

      Cons

      They overwork their therapists so much so that they can't keep them for more than a few months. You have to do extensive paperwork which is normal but often times I would be working til 11pm doing notes after doing hours of sessions and groups all day. They barely train their therapists in the systems and then punish you for not knowing how to do everything perfectly. It is a revolving door of therapists and psychiatrists. Parents were constantly furious and complained to us about how disorganized it was and how they couldn't get in contact with the director or psychiatrist.
