Pros
Having been one of their biggest cheerleaders for well over a decade ... there are only two pros I can speak to 1) the team I was privileged to serve who made an extraordinary difference in the lives of many; and 2) the privilege of working with some truly amazing humans/clinicians and a manager that made a tremendous difference in so many lives, including my own.
Cons
Corporate will find a way by any means necessary to humiliate, discredit and toss you to the curb regardless of the consistent year over year growth you deliver throughout your entire tenure.
