      The company pays for individual health insurance. The family insurance is very expensive though. The company is stable and several staff have been here for many years.

      Cons

      Its a public sector job and the work environment can be very tense in some departments.

      Pros

      LOVE THE PEOPLE HERE. Great benefits, some departments offer more schedule flexibility than others. Decent pay, part of state retirement system (PENSION and 401K). Federal holidays.

      Cons

      No bonuses, minimal annual increases, constantly expected to shoot for the moon as far as goals (for minimal merit increases). Not a place to work if you want to get rich.
