Pros

Good pay and benefits and a lot of good people.

Cons

Incompetent upper management. Culture went from safety and quality to constant cost cutting to cover for mistakes made elsewhere. Merger with a small and failing company years ago brought on tons of additional deadweight who have seized a lot of the upper management roles and not surprisingly things have been worse and worse since.

Pros

Good 401k Matching , Work from home .

Cons

No downtime . Calls are back to back the whole shift . 18.50 an hour . They require that you sell on 5% of your calls so if you are selling there will be coaching side by side phone calls and write ups for not selling
