Pros

I can't believe it's been 2 years already. I've loved my time at CSD. Looking back, I have learned so much and grown so much. Excited to come to work every day. Culture here is all about taking care of our clients and of each other.

Cons

Lots of time in the car. My mentors warned me about this and gave good advice to have a plan to make good use of this time. I've listed to 24 books on tape so far. That part I enjoy.
