Cons
CSD is a joke. Upper management does not respect the hard work that their clinical team is doing. They don’t care about the health of their employees or the quality of services that they provide. They are constantly asking their employees to do unethical things in order to “meet productivity.” Just recently, they made all their mid-level Staff hourly and increased their workload, all the while decreasing their pay. Who does that? What kind of company says they care about their employees and then does that? The behavior specialist are not getting the support they need due to the mid-level staff being overworked. Therefore, there is constant turnover. This company is full of lying and deceitful upper management who only care about numbers and do not listen to the needs of their staff. They will try to cut corners every way just to avoid paying their employees fair wages.
