Morning schedule for Supervisor's are flexible Possibility of moving up within the company

CSD claims that Supervisors have paid vacation- however supervisors are expected to bill all of their hours while maintaining 50/50 indirect/direct. In conclusion, there is no such thing as a paid holidays at CSD. Clinical Supervisors are overworked. They just recently added to our expectations, however no pay increase was offered. Upper management needs major support in managing. Most of upper management began as a Behavior Specialist and they have lack of experience in the field as it pertains to recent days paired with little to no educational background. This combination is going to wipe out CSD.
