Working with individuals with special needs and planning events for the kids is rewarding.

Unorganized, poor communication across departments (which would be normal in any other circumstance, however, there's a meeting every Friday with Programs and a meeting everyday for departments), quick turnover leads to burn out, outdated systems and too many hands in the pot
