      Pros

      Having the opportunity to use skills in trauma-informed environment. Kind, compassionate staff and managers. Many training opportunities available. Flexible schedules and benefits offered. Meaningful work that is appreciated when working with vulnerable populations.

      One of the best places I've worked so I don't have any cons to report.
