Great work environment, Great staff and co-workers, daytime hours

Too small of an office feel. Hard to request and have time off approved. You will wear many many hats

Lots of benefits as far as employee morale. Good lab management from what I recall.

When I was employed there I was required to sign a non-compete agreement (50 mile radius). Difficult to advance your career. Poor clinic management contributes to a drama filled work environment.
