With a fully remote group, it can be easy to feel disconnected. Encouraging cross-team virtual fun events could help this.

Beautiful environment, generous time off, honestly try to live what they teach, wonderful people.

Some challenges getting the right people in key roles but this isn't unique to this organization. This process can be messy and it was at times. I believe their intentions were good at every step.
