Cons
Roles are advertised as entrepreneurial, but upper management heavily micromanages. Salaries are very low compared to competitors; most high level staff leave within a matter of years to go work at competitors for better quality of life, better work environment, and better salary/ benefits. When this happens, the business/ clients who have relationships with that person leave too, meaning new incoming staff starts over from 0 again. IF you choose to work her, use it as a stepping stone to put something on your resume but stay open to employment. My direct supervisor kept his resume polished and frequently entered offers to work elsewhere, eventually taking one (happily).
