Company culture for the most part is good. Most of the people at the company have been in their positions for years. That means a lot when you’re in the field of education.

Teacher pay lacks. When compared to DCPS, you will make $15-$20,000 less on average for the same position. THE WAY THE SCHOOL ORGANIZES THE MATH TEACHER ROLE IS NOT SUSTAINABLE.
