Teacher - Teacher Center Academy Employee Review

Administration has NO respect for teachers. No substitutes, so your co-worker's already over worked schedule is added to with YOUR students when you are absent. The school claims it is a school for students with special needs, such as ADD. ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities. However there are NO teachers there with a degree in special education. We were told we could not fail our students or give them a "Zero" even if they had not completed their assignments. The relationship with the administration is hostile. Most unpleasant place in which I have ever worked. :-(
