      Was a great company until management changed and now you have people not qualified leading it into the ground. * Low Pay *Underqualified Management (chaotic) *IT department needs restructuring. Software is a mess *Benefits and company match are the worst I've had in 10 years in Oil & Gas

      -Co-workers on average are capable and interested/interesting -Relatively flexible, less 'butts in the seat' more 'get your work done' -Employees have more of a say in day-to-day running than many other companies -CEO is great, and level-headed, however is largely absent

      Cons

      -Weak guidance, mngmt can get scared and whip-saw plans in the 11th hour -Lots of last minute 'cold-feet' busy work asked for -Average to below-average comp
