Performance Review structure revamped to several check ins a year so no surprises by poorly communicating leaders Above average pay for industry Good PTO and work life balance for a lot of areas CEO seems to have it together
Cons
Consistent annual layoffs Poor leadership Favoritism Ageism Phony branding / image to attract young talent (diversity is still really lacking across gender, race, ability, age, etc)
