      Pros

      It's easier to get your career in higher ed started. The work hours are ok, the time off package was the only good thing.

      Cons

      They pay is horrible, employees are really underpaid in comparison to other schools. There's no follow through, management doesn't really seem to care.

      Pros

      Free on campus apartment, meal plan, and graduate degree program.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard to maintain, stipend does not match the hours off the clock that you have to be on call within 40 minutes of campus, and there is no housing portal which makes data tracking on paper difficult.
