      Great staff and location; right near Disneyland and Anaheim stadium.

      Cons

      Family owned and run. Even senior management only get a total of 12 PTO (vacation and sick) days/year. Current president makes decisions based on loyalty and not business. Firm embraces risk and will not pay for technology. Employees must buy their own pens and post-its. Policies vary based on familial relationships.
