      Pros

      The US office is new so there is some potential upside.

      Cons

      The hours. The team is run by workaholic types without much else going on in there lives. The expectation is that the staff be workaholics as well. The hours you will work are shockingly terrible. I have never seen anything like it. It is a sweatshop. You will work 60-80+ hours a week all year. They also make it difficult to take vacation. The pay is below market value. The office has a small immature frat house vibe which could be classified as childish.

      Pros

      Excited to start 2022 knowing all of different areas of the fund accounting side I will be exposed to and learn. My mangers have done a great job outlining what to expect as well as what challenges will be ahead knowing we will have to multitask between month end as well as year end audit. I am very excited for what is ahead for me in 2022.

      Pros

      A true family, Centaur’s senior team actually cares about its employees. I cant day that about prior positions. We are going through tough times globally and it’s amazing to know that your bosses support, support your families and go above and beyond to make work easy, collaborative and top notch for our clients too.

      Cons

      Due to Covid, we are all working at home so I miss the office. Virtual meetings are good but it’s nice to leave the house every once in a while.
