      Pros

      A true family, Centaur’s senior team actually cares about its employees. I cant day that about prior positions. We are going through tough times globally and it’s amazing to know that your bosses support, support your families and go above and beyond to make work easy, collaborative and top notch for our clients too.

      Cons

      Due to Covid, we are all working at home so I miss the office. Virtual meetings are good but it’s nice to leave the house every once in a while.

      Pros

      Excited to start 2022 knowing all of different areas of the fund accounting side I will be exposed to and learn. My mangers have done a great job outlining what to expect as well as what challenges will be ahead knowing we will have to multitask between month end as well as year end audit. I am very excited for what is ahead for me in 2022.

      Centaur is a rapidly growing company with a lot of opportunity to grow within your role. The teams are full of very dedicated and hard working individuals collaborating closely with one goal in mind, provide great service to our clients. The company is mindful of providing a great work-life balance and having a great time while working diligently.
