- high staff turn over - none compliant which is accepted by the network - none compliant advisors they hired a compliance lady who lefts after 6 months as the place is unsafe-able - poor quality leads commission is no existent hence the decent basic - advisors don’t have a clue what there doing I would say 90% of mortgage apps fail

fully remote and really friendly team

have to go to London at least once a quarter. have to work some Saturdays. some processes are a little out of date
