Disorganized company, upper management is clueless, no real way to progress

Management at the Missoula, MT location lacks maturity, meaningful longterm accomplishment and professionalism. Management routinely used a variety of discrimminatory tactics including blatant harassment on employees who didnt conform nor participate in the toxic clique work environment. Emotionally immature management at multiple levels has established a uniquely poor reputation in the area for unprofessional conduct. This company has consistently proven its collective lack of ethics and One would think that since the list of vulnerabilities and the multiple examples of inexplicable ballot patterns and statistical impossibilities would be enough to force a new election.
