      Pros

      Working at Cennox there is not much pros, ATM sector is a dead.

      Cons

      Directors take on a large workload which results in deadlines not being met, its just a numbers game for more money which is the nature of owning a business however employees health are at risk. Employees are leaving due to ill health, they will employ you and when the numbers are not met at year end redundancies will be presented to employees to save costs. The company is so busy that mistakes are always being made and the clients are always raising complaints, morale for engineers are at a low and are over worked. Avoid at all costs as you are just a number and will be replaced. Company is notorious for redundancies.

Redundancies are not something we take lightly, and they are unusual. We track reasons for leaving and we are interested in feedback through Glassdoor, as well as our employee survey and leaver questionnaires. Employees are well supported by our employee assistance programme, and there is no evidence people are leaving due to ill health.       Pros

      Room for growth, I was hired temp and made full-time in 3 months. Promotes a team atmosphere, with collaboration across all divisions. Team camraderie and support. Attentive training and work life balance. Each day is different, not mundane. We celebrate each others success.

      The pay could be more competitive.

      Pros

      I am grateful for my employment with Cennox. The job itself is fulfilling and I am able to contribute to the flow of daily tasks. The people are great and easy to work with and for. I am not micromanaged. I know the job and get it done. My manager is great and provides the guidance needed for our team. She makes it fun as well as informative. The benefits are a plus and I have used them and appreciate having them. In this world this is really important to me.

      Cons

      Changes happen quite frequently as with any company some for the better, so not really a con. Raises could happen more often.
