Very volatile climate at this company. The culture is chaotic and disorganized, and they just pile work on people that already have too much. What they tout on LinkedIn is not what you really experience. There is little to no training, especially for management positions. They made some bad decisions and the people who had nothing to do with those decisions are losing their jobs and they are losing clients.
