They offered a flexible workday option of 5x8hr shifts or 4x10hr shifts.
Cons
-Turnover rate was astounding (~50-75%/yr). Never saw anywhere near the number of disgruntled / disheartened employees out of the 5 companies I have contracted for. -Company promised greater salary to get us onboard, then changed at last minute in offer letter -Workload requirements changed on a whim without real guidance -Company made promises for prolonged employment opportunities, and then did things like move place of work to rural nowhere in a different state, so your options were to move or quit. All with extremely little/no warning.
