A click-oriented culture with few decision-makers. It takes a very long time to get things done such as agree on customer deal terms, purchase equipment, and make hiring decisions.

The only pro, you learn a lot how to tackle bad people, work under extreme problems, and only issues and drama and less work with promises. Superb attrition in this company

The only agenda is blame game.. pick as many fights and issues with each other. Worst managers and even worst management. If you want to work like puppet,you can survive without achieving anything. Total waste of time and career. Zero learning Zero projects False promises Biased And etc etc
