'Peter Ingram' is a smoke screen for who is the actual current director, David Shields, who can only be described as a paranoid schizophrenic. Working for someone who checks on your progress every 30 minutes and loses it when you haven't got another poor overqualified graduate coming to the assessment centre, was not an enjoyable environment to work in.
I guess this is understandable as the company is in financial ruin after its parent company, Howard Jackson, went into administration. If you value a career with a financially stable and rewarding company then Celsius is not the company for you.
It's laughable to say 'in the last 3 months the company has gone through significant changes including a new management team, a dress down policy and complimentary breakfast'.
For a start, the company has no more that 12 employees in total so its difficult to understand how theres 'a new management team' where it only consists of 1 director/ owner.
Complimentary breakfast is only offered 1 day a week as an incentive for you to work un-contracted hours and 'a dress down code' is something employers have had in place for years. Well done Celsius for catching up on trends 30 years after they come into fruition.
Employees, prospective accounts and graduates would do well to stay with companies with some actual longevity and professionalism and not a morally warped dictatorship style organization who's staff's only incentive is to not get fired.
