Cool offices in New York

Cons

Do not expect to make OTE. Targets are unreasonable and very few people make OTE. So if you are a performer used to making your target, do not expect it here - there is NOTHING in your control - and you are constantly in defense mode with customers/opps and your own leaders.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
