Celonis is going through a time of change, and with that comes some growing pains. Our leadership is committed to engaging employees through various initiatives, including global listening tours and engagement surveys.
Through these initiatives, our Executive and People and Culture Teams have actioned several key issues and built out clear programs to address them. For example, feedback around leadership resulted in the introduction of our Leadership Principles and trainings to unite our leaders and guide them through this time of change and beyond. Experienced and first-time leaders, as well as those new to Celonis, are all invited to take part in our leadership development offerings, which build self-awareness and opportunities to develop leadership skills aligned to our Leadership Principles.
We take feedback seriously and are continuing to put time and resources toward addressing concerns around culture. We welcome open communication at Celonis and would therefore encourage you to speak with your manager, HRBP, or contact us at Talent@Celonis.com if you would like to discuss anything further. You also have the opportunity to provide feedback directly to individuals via CeloVate, anonymously for any ethics or compliance issues via our Ethics Hotline, and of course to continue to contribute our engagement surveys.
