Pros

Great product leading to tangible results for customers. Strong talent in pockets of the organization. Good benefits for new parents.

Cons

Lack of career growth. Inconsistent compensation with lower performing and newer individuals being compensated more. Middle management is weak and only cares about their own career progression rather than developing their people. CCO does not care about people in the CVG.

Interns are treated well, given lots of training and projects. The amenities are fantastic

None so far. The job is not easy but it shouldnt be

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
