Pros

*work on interesting customer projects *autonomous work streams with no management oversight *exciting and game changing software

Cons

*leadership is horrendous, coming from SAP, with no startup experience. Micromanagerial tendencies, with no interest to learn the product *options/RSUs are overvalued by 2X to seem more competitive *sales team oversells and implementation team under delivers so customers are dissatisfied on each engagement *unreasonable bonus targets *payis far below market average and execs make excuses about why underpaying us is justified *20% of people see themselves here in 2 years according to employee engagement survey *culture is non existent due to poor leadership *work your rear off for scraps *after delivering one project you get the hang of it and no new opportunities for learning *management picks favorites, and treats others differently *bureaucracy and excessive approvals for simple decisions

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
