Pros

A great product and a great team. Lots of autonomy when necessary but the support's there when you need it. Senior management are very engaged and generally listen to what company-wide surveys tell them. Very flexible WFH policy (though think this may depend a bit on your manager).

Cons

Disappointing not to get a pay rise this year (given inflation's currently 10% where I live, that's effectively a 10% pay cut since I started last year). Career progression feels a bit opaque but think that's being worked on. Can be a bit chaotic but think that's typical of a scaling business.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
