Pros

*Startup vibes *If you're driven, you have a lot of chances for promotion and to touch a lot of things. *I have only met nice and hardworking people.

Cons

*The only con I could see is that if you're wanting to stay silo'd, this is probably not the place for you. There is a ton of stuff to do on the I.T. side, so it can be an exciting journey if that motivates you but I understand some people enjoy their specific role and prefer not to go out of those bounds.

Hello Celonaut, Thank you for sharing your fantastic 5-star review of your experience as a Summernaut Intern in our Raleigh hub. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying our office amenities and finding our training frameworks and projects both highly valuable and engaging. Our student programs are designed around the belief that 'The Best Team Wins' when we empower our emerging talent with impactful, real-world responsibilities from day one. Your perspective that the role is appropriately challenging perfectly reflects our 'We Own It' mindset—embracing complex tasks with the energy and determination required to drive meaningful professional growth. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and fantastic contributions to Celonis during your internship. Regards, People and Culture Team

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
