Where to start!
- An arrogance like you have never experienced that comes top-down from the founders. This delusional arrogance has meant that there is a distinct lack of investment into listening to, understanding and prioritising the needs of employees
- Terrible culture and a very 'pipeline first' mentality. There is no importance given to learning and development, nor the progression of employees
- The most inexperienced management you will EVER encounter. These are friends of the founders who joined the company in its infancy and despite being very, very unqualified for the position as they company has grown the founders are blindly loyal to this inner circle
- Benefits are not comparable to any other SaaS org of a similar size and trajectory - again not prioritise
- VERY high staff turnover - disruptive
- No concept of D&I initiatives
