Pros

If you're a white German guy who lives in Munich, and are friends with the execs, this is THE place for you. You'll get the respect and attention you need, you'll be given chances for advancement, and your team will rally behind you. (Check the leadership page for details - the one woman will be leaving, so the page needs to be updated).

Cons

If you happen to be anyone else. You're out of luck. You'll work long hours, expend tremendous amounts of energy to get tasks done with fewer resources than needed, and be paid around 75% of your peers, all for the luxury of working for a 10-year-old "startup" that calls itself the next Google -- in Germany though. Note how many of the "good" on here are from people working at Celonis for less than a year. Anyone who has been there longer starts to see things for how they really are...

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Diversity is a topic of critical importance for all of us in Celonis as we truly believe that the best team wins - and the best team needs to be a diverse one, we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all employees. Several months ago i took the step to share in a transparent way how we select for diversity, you can see this by taking a look at our current diversity statement to see what initiatives are already up: https://www.celonis.com/careers/diversity At the moment there are many initiatives on how to strengthen, enrich and extend diversity and inclusion initiatives at Celonis, taking the Women@Celonis group as an example. Furthermore, we are continuously hiring new Celonauts to be able to further distribute the high workload and build up new teams, we are continually recruiting to pick up the increased workload generated by a hyper growth environment. However, there are various initiatives in place, such as Headspace, and our employee community Resilience@Celonis, that should give you - and your colleagues - guidance and advice on how to take breaks and deal with stressful situations or how to prioritise on various tasks. If you have any concerns or just the need to talk, please don’t hesitate to seek a conversation with your manager, or directly reach out to me. Best regards, Kevin Blair (Talent Acquisition)

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
