Diversity is a topic of critical importance for all of us in Celonis as we truly believe that the best team wins - and the best team needs to be a diverse one, we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all employees. Several months ago i took the step to share in a transparent way how we select for diversity, you can see this by taking a look at our current diversity statement to see what initiatives are already up: https://www.celonis.com/careers/diversity
At the moment there are many initiatives on how to strengthen, enrich and extend diversity and inclusion initiatives at Celonis, taking the Women@Celonis group as an example.
Furthermore, we are continuously hiring new Celonauts to be able to further distribute the high workload and build up new teams, we are continually recruiting to pick up the increased workload generated by a hyper growth environment. However, there are various initiatives in place, such as Headspace, and our employee community Resilience@Celonis, that should give you - and your colleagues - guidance and advice on how to take breaks and deal with stressful situations or how to prioritise on various tasks.
