It's the people that make Cellusys such an enjoyable place to work, everyone is super friendly and helpful. You get to work on lots of really interesting projects. Everyone, regardless of title, has a say in a project's architecture, design, development etc... You get to experience working across the stack from frontend to backend code. Great career opportunities and chances to travel all around the world.
Cons
Communication between the technical and sales teams need improvement, deadlines can appear out of thin air sometimes.
