There isn't any work hard and be rewarded.

Great benefits for a small company. Lots of skill set with current staff. Some great tools and processes to help with daily roles. Some larger companies would relish having some of the the resource. Staff attrition very low

nothing major. Maybe just needs to embrace change quicker and take take more calculated risks.
