      Flexible, lots of competition and promos to win prizes. Relaxed environment

      Cons

      Lack of guidance from managers and regional managers. Run by people with little experience. Lack of room for growth. The owners skim commission paid by rogers. Work at a corporate store. You will be compensated better.
