Pros
Honestly, Celltrion provides good enough salary and welfare compare to other average companies in South Korea. Good place to experience Global pharmaceutical work and might be helpful to experience various drug development related work and enhance your career.
Cons
Every working process are inefficient. Company is still young and have no efficient working system. Upper management people don't meet the expectations and are not qualified to follow the pace of growing. Upper management people are rude, emotional and not professional for managing projects as well as in terms of business.
