A healthy work-life balance for our colleagues is really important to us, and we aim to minimise any stress experienced by offering hybrid-working and flexibility within teams. There is always more that we could be doing and we are committed to finding ways to improve this aspect and provide our colleagues with a supportive and manageable workload. I understand the importance of having a reliable support system, particularly when you are going through tough times and although too late now, in the future, I would strongly encourage you to raise any issues before they have a detrimental effect on your personal life. We have so many people here that would have been willing to help and support you, including our Cellnex Colleague Board, our mental health first aiders and wellness teams. I am sad that you did not feel that you could reach out to them for support during the tough time that you obviously were going through at home. We're glad to hear that you have found a better fit elsewhere and that you are happier in your current role and we wish you all the best in your new role.
