Pros
I worked at the corporate headquarters. The business environment was fun and progressive for many years. Employees each played multiple roles and had a lot of experience opportunities. There is some genuine talent with many of the employees.
Cons
Expect to work hard for below par pay and little gratitude. With the current environment, everyone is expendable with at least a dozen rounds of layoffs in the last 2 years. More recently, the company has re-structured using a flat layout with way too many people reporting to the same person (85% of the company). Don't expect to get a timely meeting or feedback from your superior. Lastly, a lot of these "great" glassdoor reviews are fake due to a reputation building campaign the company launched to hire new employees. If you are considering this company as an employer, please don't put yourself in a position where you depend on them.
