      Pros

      I have been with Cella for the last 9 years. I can truly say that this organization cares about its people. Cella leadership is very innovative and listens to what its employees want and need. There is a ton of opportunity for career advancement and the ability to "jungle gym" within the organization.

      I wish there was more opportunity for commission and annual raises
