      Pros

      Good people, nice new building.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Poor management, no respect for employees, insufficient staffing, poor insurance, not looking to improve unless profit is involved. Push staff to their limit. Unprofessional and clique-ish behavior of management. They hire entry level and no certification in order to keep salary low, but do not offer proper training or opportunities for advancement. If there is an opportunity they use it as an incentive to keep you, but will only allow that advancement when it suits them because staffing is kept so lean and employees are not a priority. The building can change, but the people in charge won't.

      Pros

      High quality independent pathologist owned laboratory with strong and capable leadership team. Large team of collegial pathologists providing a broad range of subspecialized cutting edge pathology service to regional hospitals, clinics and their patients. Great place to work for motivated engaged pathologists and support staffs who want to have influence over the process and product and to provide great patient care.

      Cons

      Healthcare is a tough industry (but this pathology group is well managed and seems well placed to continue to succeed while other pathology practices are not)

      Pros

      The benefits work for me . I can get FSA for dependent care and coverage for my kids with a high deductible coverage plan. Steady work but decent pay

      Cons

      The raises are not too high. Previous year I had a 2.5 percent raise. Its a departmental percent and distribution within the employees.
