      Pros

      I don't think of any. there were a lot of great people to work with and then they all left (including me).

      Cons

      bad benefits, bad pay, a lot of politics. the company name says it's a Lab.... but it looks more like a factory water line. If you're not these Doctors you will be treated unfairly. They will do things they think "it's okay" but pretty mess up stuff. After first few months all I think about is leaving this place, and then they struck me again with 401k plan after I left. There were small amount of money (again, bad benefits! lol ) but I am glad I didn't stay long there. if you end up staying there, don't close your job searching and keep looking.

      Pros

      High quality independent pathologist owned laboratory with strong and capable leadership team. Large team of collegial pathologists providing a broad range of subspecialized cutting edge pathology service to regional hospitals, clinics and their patients. Great place to work for motivated engaged pathologists and support staffs who want to have influence over the process and product and to provide great patient care.

      Cons

      Healthcare is a tough industry (but this pathology group is well managed and seems well placed to continue to succeed while other pathology practices are not)

      Pros

      The benefits work for me . I can get FSA for dependent care and coverage for my kids with a high deductible coverage plan. Steady work but decent pay

      Cons

      The raises are not too high. Previous year I had a 2.5 percent raise. Its a departmental percent and distribution within the employees.
