There is a significant disconnect between upper management and the rest of the company. The best way to describe the culture is "building the car while driving"—but failing at it. Expectations are unrealistic, and it feels like there's a new "code-red" project every week. New project roll-outs are poorly executed, with many gaps, and voicing concerns often leads to being labeled a complainer. Although feedback is constantly solicited, it appears to be ignored as no changes are implemented. Lastly, despite being an automation company, we operate in silos. Team leaders seem more focused on assigning blame than on solving problems.
