      Pros

      Most everyone I worked with was positive and smart. There was opportunity to create and improve processes and have a voice within my department.

      Cons

      Leadership didn't live up to their hype. They all came off as dictatorial, uninterested or droned on during all hands meeting. They hedged direct questions about the strategy - it was all fluff. Frustration from other employees seemed to result in high turnover...there seemed to be a lot of people leaving, then replaced. It was a revolving door.
