      working from home salary is above average

      Cons

      Executive management don't know what they are doing. No clear leadership. CMO was all over the place. It was the right decision to let him go but he should of gone within 6 months of joining. So Clear strategy for product roadmap and leadership from Jan. he needs to step down.
