The employees who need improvement are put on a development plan, which provides them a chance to get back on a good performance track. Celigo believes in personally investing in all its employees and giving everyone a fair chance. So there is no concept of 'Firing'. We take all employee requests seriously and selected employee requests are subjected to manager approvals. As the company is growing, we try to align all the policies and best practices with the best industry standards and all employees are duly informed of the same via appropriate communication channels. Our journey from a start-up to a mid-size successful company has been incredible and there are situations where employees are required to put in some extra time depending on business requirements; we make sure to compensate all our employees for the extra hours put in.
