Pros

- First of all, Awesome people! From CEO, CTO to everyone in engineering, QA and other departments are really nice people. Everyone is helpful and open to answer questions. - Good growth, lot of opportunities to learn on latest technologies - Lot of ownership and responsibility for those who are wiling. Wonderful work culture and hiring is done in similar manner to maintain the same. - No politics, most of the leads and manager are from engineer background and have been here for a while. - Good recognition of work due to smaller teams. - Startup culture, lot of work that needs to be done quickly. - Well known leader in Cloud Integration (per Gartner as well) - Most of the folks in India are young and dynamic, more of friends rather just colleagues within teams. - Work from Home options, no fixed hours. Focus is getting the job done at end of the day rather than spending time in office. - Stock options, better transparency, well funded company. - Lot of new hiring has been done from sales, management to engineer teams, to put a proper structure in place for future growth.

Cons

- Good amount of work load as company is transitioning to a more mature one. It becomes hectic if not managed properly. - HR activities for cultural, employee satisfaction and benefits should be improved. - Lots of products managed by less PMs, which sometimes create voids in releases of newer products. - Very high expectations from everyone to deliver.
