      Most people retained the same positions for over a long periods of time or are moved around the company laterally rather than upward. It is also difficult to get noticed for merits.

      Pros

      Celestron has good products and they are busy so that means they are stable right now. The pay there is decent and so are the benefits.

      Cons

      The have been going through restructuring in management and it is now a micro-managed environment which causes many people to be unhappy and they are walking on eggshells.
